Bhairav is Graduate in Civil Engineering. He is Associate Member of Institute of Engineers India, i.e. AMIE.
He started his career as a Civil Engineer in Mumbai and posted on many assignments from construction of plants to Interiors.
Bhairav joint Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) from 1998 onwards and journey continued till date. SMC is consider to be one of the best and forward looking urban local body to provide public utility services won many awards to its credentials.
He paved commendable in his job in providing basic amenities of water supply, sewerage and storm drainage system. Besides planning, designing, & coordinating, Bhairav is key member to formulating city development plan, city corporate plan, Master plan for basic amenities for surat city.
He is shouldering the responsibility to implement various project funded by government/ agencies for establishing public utility system in surat. Bhairav is also associated in the team to act in accordance with recommendation of flood commission- appointed to inquire devastating flood in 2006 in city as well as involved in assessment of flood vulnerability and flood risk management for riverine cities.
As a keen interest in storm drainage, he is contributing to preparing National guide lines on urban flooding and developing Habitat parameters for urban storm water management at national level.
Beside profession, He has keen interest in currant affairs and won many quiz programs at school level and at university level.
Bhairav is born and brought up at flourishing city of surat. He is married to Manjari-Postgraduate in mathematics as well as dancing. With adorable diamond of their eyes son Hridayam,.
Bhairav is avid reader and interested in history & literature. Lovers of music and movies, also interested in the subject of wealth management.
He is great admire of Napoleon Bonaparte, Voltaire & Rousseau. During early years he use to enjoy classics novels of the Alexander Dumas “The Musketeers” “The Count of Monte Cristo”.
